RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges. Please, read the following conditions and learn about the process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Returns Method – New Zealand
If we confirm your eligibility, we’ll send you a shipping label for your return, to allow you to easily send back your item, for free. This shipping label is tracked, and the parcel can be picked-up by Courier Post at your home. Simply use this page to do so.

Returns Method – International
Returning the parcel will be at your cost and responsibility. We strongly recommend a tracked service.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item within 14 days.
