All shipments are operated by NZ Post / Courier Post.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed in New-Zealand, from Wellington, within 1-3 business days + 1-2 days transit. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Covid-19 and International Shipping : 

The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced airfreight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. We expect delays to continue for some time. We have no power on this. Thanks for your patience.

 

Shipment to NZ rural addresses and NZ invalid addresses

Some NZ addresses are not available for delivery, if you have any doubt, please check.

Shipment to invalid addresses

Moonspell does its best to help you enter a clear and detailed address. However, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost due to an invalid address, or a mistake in your address.

 

International orders : Customs, Duties and Taxes

Moonspell is not responsible for any extra customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

It is your responsibility to check your country’s customs website.

 

NZ MISSING PARCEL

For each order, you will receive a tracking number. For each order delivered, Courier Post provides us with a proof of delivery. 

If your order appears as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 14 days. After this period, we will estimate the parcel well arrived, and we will no longer be able to help you.

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. The delays observed are those indicated above, however, depending on the efficiency and development of postal services in your country, they can be longer. We are not responsible for any additional charges that the customs of your country may charge on the incoming parcel. We propose a choice of tracked and untracked shipping service, please note that choosing untracked shipping is at your own risk.

Moonspell has a proof of dispatch for all parcels, and will not be held responsible in case of delivery problem related to the handling of the parcel in your locality. Indeed, our parcels are sent with NZ Post, but it is  your country’s carrier who will take over once the parcel arrives in your country. In case of non-receipt after 20 days, you will have to inquire with your national postal service, with the reference of your parcel, and fill out a claim form.
